Singer-songwriters like Harpreet, Salman Elahi, folk-fusion act The Tapi Project and jazz-fusion band The Revisit Project round out the three-day Jaipur Music Stage events between February 1st and 3rd

With the 17th edition of the Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) announced to run from February 1st to 5th, the adjacent Jaipur Music Stage concerts organized as the evening program has announced its lineup for February 1st to 3rd.
This year, hip-hop artist Prabh Deep, folk-indie act When Chai Met Toast, Kashmiri artist Alif, singer-songwriters like Harpreet and Salman Elahi, plus folk-fusion band The Tapi Project and funk/jazz-fusion act The Revisit Project as part of Jaipur Music Stage.
Day one of Jaipur Music Stage will host Alif and its founder Mohammad Muneem, alongside The Tapi Project from Gujarat. While day two brings in New Delhi artist Prabh Deep and The Revisit Project and the final day brings in three acts, including Mumbai singer-songwriter Salman Elahi, multilingual artist Harpreet and Kerala’s When Chai Met Toast.
Prabh Deep will perform in Jaipur on the back of a hugely successful year, including releasing his collaborative EP PRAA with hip-hop artist Raftaar, then his own single “Thappad!” and joining artists like Rashmeet Kaur, Donn Bhat and Sakur Khan on “Taqdeer” for Coke Studio Bharat. Alif too was part of Coke Studio Bharat’s remodeled return in India, singing on the track “Kya Karie Korimol” with artists Noor Mohammad and Aashima Mahajan.
When Chai Met Toast, for their part, will perform as part of their continuing domination of big stage shows and festival appearances, plus tours of the U.S. and the U.K. on the back of releasing their EP LYTS.
The Tapi Project too will come in to Jaipur Music Stage after their country-wide Mehsoos tour which runs from November 18th to December 27th.
Last year, the artists performing at JLF and the Jaipur Music Stage included artist Sushma Soma, New Delhi act Pakshee, singer-producer Lifafa, percussive collective Rhythms of India, gypsy/waltz/alternative act Peter Cat Recording Co., fusion duo Shadow & Light and Mumbai band Kabir Cafe.
The Jaipur Literature Festival, for its part, features writers and public personalities from around the world, ranging from India’s legendary lyricist Gulzar to former Australian prime minister and businessman Malcolm Turnbull, British journalist Angela Saini, novelist Diana Evans, journalist Kai Bird (who co-authored American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer that served as the basis of Christopher Nolan’s 2023 film Oppenheimer), author Katie Kitamura (who wrote the novel Intimacies) and more. Graphic novelist Sarnath Banerjee, New York war journalist Roger Cohen and Kannada author Vivek Shanbhag (whose new novel Sakina’s Kiss was out earlier this year) are also among the notable speakers.
